• Take and return calls from CA customers- service, contracts, etc
• Support Corporate Account Manager from Admin standpoint
• Manage CRM database for Corporate Account Groups
• Meet and develop relationships with CA customers as needed
• Work with Implementation Team/Project management Team on CA Projects
• Liase with Marketing to keep consistent marketing materials for CA accounts
• Provide updates and insight to relevant departments
