The Opportunity
Marvell's Processor Business Unit designs and verifies SoCs that provide cutting-edge solutions in 5G, network processing, automotive, and AI/ML for our customers. Come and help us define, design, implement and validate Marvell's next-generation SOCs. Apply today!Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Architects, IP RTL development teams, Verification teams and Physical Design teams to integrate complex, high performance IP into a cohesive product
- Be responsible for integration level RTL design (bridges, clock domain crossings, routing channels, I/O design, and a variety of custom solutions to project specific needs)
- Work closely with the SoC verification team and assist triage a debug of simulation
- Work closely with the physical design team to floorplan the product, and balance functional and physical design constraints
- Work closely with the timing team to guide solutions to resolve top-level timing issues
Requirements:
- Excellentanalysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understand ASIC design flow
- Knowledge in micro-architecture design, RTL coding, and functional verification
- Good understanding of synchronous/asynchronous design and timing requirements
- Ability to analyze power/area trade-offs
- Proficient using Verilog/VHDL
- Knowledge of design and verification tools
- Experience in Perl/Python is a plus
- Has an inherent sense of urgency and accountability
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Enjoys interacting across cross-functional groups
