Position Summary
In support of US Sailing’s mission to grow and strengthen the sport of sailing, the Membership Accounts and Programs Coordinator will be responsible for building, facilitating, and maintaining relationships with Local Sailing Organizations (LSO), growing US Sailing’s Organizational Membership program, and working collaboratively with the adult and youth program departments.
This role requires a proactive professional with the ability to build and cultivate strong, productive relationships with local sailing organizations, including yacht clubs and community sailing centers. This position requires a broad understanding of US Sailing’s products, services and operations, a commitment to providing a first-class member experience and the ability to promote US Sailing to LSOs, building a national presence and market for US Sailing. Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills with precise attention to detail are required.
