Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Formulary Content Operations who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ~20 employees in North America & India. The successful candidate for this role will be leading a diverse team that researches pharmaceutical coverage across US Healthcare managed markets for Clarivate Life Sciences & Healthcare customers. By having a persistent and professional approach you'll take the initiative to generate new ideas and drive improvements within this team.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • BS/BA required

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with preference given to those with US pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience with direct people management
  • Experience communicating with customers about formulary decisions and implications
  • Ability to provide metrics and reporting within a team

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Lead the research & delivery team by ensuring efficient formulary data collection and entry processes.
  • Lead the delivery of custom projects for US Pharmaceutical companies related to formulary and drug coverage research.
  • Drive a culture of operations excellence & improvement through the regular use of performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the workflows and implement changes that improve outcomes for customers.
  • Act as a leader and mentor to team members while championing change management initiatives.
  • Develop relationships and regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Sales, Product Technology) to align with Clarivate LS&H targets and priorities.

This position position is a hybrid role and can be performed near any US offices or Toronto.

Hours of Work

Core business hours in your time zone with the flexibility to support global clients in other time zones as needed.
