Description

DESCRIPTION: The mission of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) is to win the hearts and minds of non-Jews and Jews through powerful positive messaging and partnerships, motivating and equipping them to be defenders of and upstanders for Jews. FCAS focuses on spreading the Blue Square and associated programs to spur action by people of all backgrounds. Working with a network of partners, FCAS leverages unique monitoring technology to drive effective rapid response to Jewish hate and all hate, in addition to proactive programs that galvanize popular support for the Jewish community.

SUMMARY: The Vice President of Programs and Partnerships is a newly created position intended to provide strategic leadership and management of programmatic partnerships and convenings. The primary focus of this position is the effective scaling of FCAS' programmatic partnerships and driving impact through the following target verticals at a key inflection point when Jewish hate and other forms of hatred are rapidly growing: (1) Jewish, interfaith, corporate, and university/college communities; (2) the sports industry and audiences; and (3) Black, LGBTQ+, and diverse communities and organizations.

The Vice President will define, operationalize, and execute a comprehensive strategy that frames FCAS programmatic offerings, how and with whom the Foundation will partner, considerations for when to offer programming independently, and expectations of partners at a time when existing and prospective partners are seeking increased engagement with FCAS and tools for educating and activating their respective constituencies. It will be critical that the Vice President continue to ambitiously advance programmatic partnerships even as they develop and formalize long-term strategies.
