Cognizant is looking for a "Duck Creek Manager" for developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Education Details: BS or Equivalent

Must Have Skills: Duck Creek

Job Location: Quincy, Massachusetts (Position will be primarily remote with ability to travel as needed and requested by client)

Work Authorization:Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Program Manager with 14-16 years of experience in overseeing Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations.

*Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a must.

*Able to create and maintain detailed RAID log for medium to large programs with multiple workstreams

*Collaborate with various cross functional teams to highlight dependencies and ensure that the dependencies are being met per the project plan

*Work closely with project sponsor, cross functional teams, key stake holders and ensure the program risks and issues are addressed in a timely manner

*Track program financials throughout implementation and ensure adherence to plan

*Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

*Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance Oversee multiple project teams ensuring program goals

*Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
