- Make decisions based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need service attention - Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation - Perform services on all windows and doors whether it be due to installation or manufacturing - Perform assessments of window/door issues and potential installation issues - Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently - Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products - Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- HS Diploma or equivalent - Experience in a service technician or finish carpentry industry - Highly organized with the ability to reflect empathy toward customers - Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work - Valid Drivers License
