As a Senior Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare operations and ensuring flawless administrative processes. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly motivated professionals and make a real impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of our healthcare facility
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to streamline administrative processes
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and successfully recruit and onboard new employees
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination
  • Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring strict adherence to financial policies and procedures
  • Assist in conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes and contribute to important planning initiatives.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends and advancements, recognizing areas where improvement and innovation can be pursued.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning within the administrative team
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strict attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
