Job Description

This role will report to the Director of IT Operations.


  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment for key regulatory (FDIC) reviews and interim meetings
  • Key liaison between first, second, and third lines for all business needs and the FDIC field tea
  • Facilitate meeting minutes, residual risk status communications, reports, and other materials of an important or a confidential nature
  • Manage and maintain contracts and agreements for Information Services Department o Application administrator for bank wide contract central repository
  • Administer onboarding process for both new hires and vendors, guaranteeing all pre-employment processes and forms were completed accurately
  • Lead quarterly SEC reporting

Project Management:

  • Supervise the planning, execution, and monitoring of select technology and operational projects
  • Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
  • Facilitate tasks, track progress, and address any challenges or roadblocks and resolve with team members
  • Manage presentation development for Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and Technology Steering Committee meetings
  • Manage budget process for various Information Services cost centers

IT Risk Management:

  • Collaborate with Issues Management team to ensure timely issue remediation and control effectiveness
  • Map and analyze existing risk for all issues (regulatory, self-identified and audit)
  • Develop monthly reports and performance metrics to track operational KPIs and present findings to relevant stakeholders at IT Risk Governance Committee
  • Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights, identify trends, and provide data driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency
  • Create reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of technology and operational processes
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Manage support and calendar gatekeeping proficiency for CTOO, Director of Information Technology, Director of Information Security
  • Perform adhoc duties as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, able to work both independently and in a team environment with changing timelines and priorities
  • Established track record of effective functional and cross functional collaboration
  • Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible and act with sense of urgency
  • Strong communicator - able to interact with people at all levels of the organization in a confident, professional manner
  • Demonstrate ability and temperament to work with sensitive information
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative
  • Analyze large, complex data sets using a variety of methods
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong business sense, decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls
  • Ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and follow projects through completion to meet deadlines
  • Desire and ability to learn and implement new software, tools and capabilities
